Webinar #12 – Reflection & Planning: how looking backwards can inform your movement forwards

Course Description

Reflecting upon your year is common at this time, and yes, teachers use that reflection to inform their future directions but are we doing it effectively? How can we effectively reflect upon our practice and then use that reflection to form strong directions for our steps forward. In this session, experienced teacher and education coach, Prue Pisani will unpack how you can effectively reflect on your year, identify the strengths and weaknesses in the classroom and then use that information to inform the direction that you take for next year and beyond.
